Pros

Given considerable freedom to create new class materials, descent facilities and financial support

Cons

No paid time to improve classes, lots of work "off the clock", corporate structure with over 40 colleges throughout the world means you are just a number to the higher management.

Terrible management - always trying to squeeze more from employees

Pros

Some great colleagues who care about their craft

Cons

- Pay increases below inflation every year, if at all. - Management is constantly crying poor. - Terrible communication at best, gaslighting at worst. - Some incredibly manipulative and nasty people in management who will not hesitate to throw you under the bus if it suits them.

Pros

Great facilities, great instructors. Great environment to meet people.

Cons

Sometimes there was a lack of enthiusism by the instructors to teach, seemed like they were doing it just to provide a means and not out of love for teaching.

Pros

People are some of the best I've ever worked with. Happy to hire entry level staff.

Cons

The upper management seem to have no idea how to design and implement systems that can last the test of time. Most people leave on a sour note leading to brain bleed and guess what... they take their systems with them. Senseless operational practicality and money seems to be a big issue. But the focus on temporary solutions means that more money is spent in the long run and more frustration and energy is spent along with it.

I wish I had found this place much sooner.
