Not the greatest opportunities to move up in salary

There is a lack of a clear communication between the upper management and the staff.

The salary is not good at all.

The workload is completely unreasonable: 24hrs teaching a week with basically no breaks as SAE runs 3 terms a year with only a short 2-week break in August and again in December/January. Preparation time is almost non-existent. Expectations are that you are an expert in everything, without ever providing adequate training or resources. No time for professional development. Salary is far below that of similar positions in other universities. I only ever received a 1% pay increase once during the 5 years I worked there. Very little opportunity for advancement within the company

Low salary package, no additional benefits

Not working full-time could cause dissatisfaction with salary.

-Salary pay used to be competitive till the new management arrived. -People in the higher management tend to only care for numbers and will not hesitate to take credit for any form of hard work you have done. -KPI is a joke

Bad salary for most of the positions they offer
