Pros

- fully remote - lovely colleagues and managers - used to have good earning potential

Cons

- since Saga have outsourced a lot of their calls to South Africa there is no longer time and a half overtime and commission has been dramatically reduced. - lots of micromanagement over petty targets like marketing consent for example. - inconsistent QA means it’s hard to get commission.

Pros

Reliable Paycheck: At the very least, you can count on a steady paycheck. Work-from-Home Flexibility: The option to work remotely provides some degree of work-life balance and flexibility.

Cons

Overbearing Micromanagement: The level of control is suffocating—you can’t even use the restroom without them noticing. It feels like every move is monitored. Disappointing Commission Structure: The commission system is far from motivating. The rewards don't reflect the effort put in, making it hard to feel valued for your contributions. Uninspiring Leadership: The management lacks insight and creativity. Promotions seem to be based solely on tenure or blind obedience rather than talent or performance.
