Pros

People I worked with in support staff and other Supervisors and Managers where great to work with.

Cons

HR and Upper Staff like the CEO or other High-ups would never be there to talk to or be truthful. Job security was always a worry year to year.

Pros

- Remote Position - Being able to work from home - Good benefits

Cons

Promises for increased pay and a promotion. Ever since I first started working here I was always top in terms of performance and meeting metrics. Supervisors promised me I would be contacted by upper management for some type of higher position or better pay. 3 years later they give me a 50 cent raise is just disrespectful and made me quit. Everyone in the company has given the same advice to upper management and our supervisors. We have horrible tools to work with to make us more productive. We were back to back on our calls for a year straight since covid started. The tenant that the company is contracted with would dump calls to us all day everyday and we would constantly get yelled at for problems that weren't ours and explain to the customer they would need to be transfered back. We have all made complaints to our supervisors to tell upper management to get something done about it and nothing has happened AT ALL. I've given recommendations on better tools and ideas and all have been just completely ignored. I would only work here as a entry level job for a year or 2.

Pros

Working from home. Like 90% of my supervisors were really good at their jobs but I was one of the lucky ones since I started with most of them and we had great communication but that wasn't usually the case for most employees.

Cons

Lower than average base salary. No pay raise. Management keeps adding tasks and responsibilities with an increase demand on some times less than feasibly targets with no proper training for the new task or for new employees to hit the floor. Bonuses are a joke, they keep switching the goals and most of the time they include requirements that are completely out of your control and believe me this is coming from someone that was top 3% for many years. Extremely limited opportunities to climb the ladder.

Pros

Work from home, use my own equipment,

Cons

They "sunsetted" my whole dept, moved completely overseas and went bankrupt. Pay was terrible, thirteen per hour. Supervisors were very cliquey with no real advancement, and there were zero raises with the excuse of "you work from home" which btw is bull as I'm now doing less work from home and making a four dollar higher base pay.
