We kicked off our AllSaints peak recruitment last night! After weeks (months) of planning Andrew Butler, our retail talent acquisition manager, was joined in our flagship store on Regent Street by retail leaders from London. A two hour session putting candidates for our peak "Holiday Stylist" roles through their paces. Team building, brand experience, styling all capped off with a one to one interview. It's here. Peak has arrived. The busiest trading period in the retail calendar. Last week we welcomed four new members to the retail management team, into roles in Newcastle, Manchester and London. We welcomed Alisha, Jordan, Odette and Monika. We kick off our first day of onbranding with an introduction to product and to wardrobe. What could be more fun than taking advantage of our market leading wardrobe allowance on your first day!? Retail Talent welcomed three new managers into the business. We introduced Nathan, Siobhan and Michele to AllSaints studios in East London. Nathan brings to brand a touch of luxury experience having most recently worked for Fendi having completed the management program in Harrods. Siobhan and Michele are both internal success stories, Siobhan having made the transition from floor manager in our Nottingham store into floor manager of our flagship store on Regent Street and Michele taking his first steps into management as a floor manager in our Westbourne Grove store. It was a terrific week, introducing the team to the behaviours behind our operating and cultural processes. A big day here with the team. We launched our internal employee NPS. Trialling this launch with team UK//EU Outlets. Everybody is a customer of the brand and everyone will be treated thusly. Understanding the needs, thoughts and desires of our customers, we will be able to provide an incredible brand experience to all. This really is a big step for brand, I can't wait to work with our teams elevating our brand experience. Another exciting moment, launching an internal competition offering a paid internship, to join team retail talent in the creation of our peak season recruitment campaign. With so much creative talent out their in our stores, this is a wonderful opportunity for everyone involved.
