It has been an amazing week here in UK//EU Talent Development. We welcomed our latest store managers, assistant store managers and floor managers to the office to join our next generation of induction propositions, “Onbranding”. A two week process where the team learn not only how to work with AllSaints but also how to work as AllSaints. Operational, behavioural and collaborative across key departments supporting the brand experience of our retail business.
