B&M Gainsborough closed its Lord Street store for the final time on Wednesday 17th July with plans to move into a bigger and better unit at 📍 Marshalls Yard, Gainsborough. Our customers didn’t have to wait long for the new larger store offering even more products. As well as the essentials, the new store has an impressive selection of homeware, DIY, toys & games, giftware, stationery and more! The new store re-opened on Saturday and was unveiled by the Feeding Gainsborough charity, alongside our store colleagues. Meet Pavelas, who joined B&M in 2015, so has been with us for almost 10 years. Pavelas joined B&M initially as a picker in our Speke warehouse, before quickly progressing to become a checker for the picking office. He then progressed into an admin role and went on to a become a supervisor. Meet Hannah, our Graphic Designer who joined the Brand & PR Team at Support Centre in Speke last year. Hannah loves that in her role no two days are the same and she gets the opportunity to work on so many new and diverse design projects. Based at our Support Centre in Speke, Sue and Lisa are vital members of our team, both had over five years of experience at our stores before moving to our customer service operations. Handling a high volume of calls daily, they are experts in resolving customer queries and providing outstanding support to our network of over 750 stores.
