Luke joined in 2013 as a Store Colleague in our Runcorn store, and over the past 11 years has rapidly progressed through the business to his current role as Area Manager! Leading teams in several stores across the North-West, he’s held a range of management roles. Luke’s commitment and dedication to his role has seen some fantastic results. Meet Lisa, an HR Advisor at our Vault Distribution Centre, who has been with B&M for nearly 12 years! Throughout her career, she has held several positions across Distribution, Retail and Transport, including roles as a Personal Assistant to the Head of HR, an HR Administrator, and now an HR Advisor. To further her professional growth, Lisa is about to embark on a CIPD Level 5 course in Human Resources. When asked about her favourite aspect of working at B&M, Lisa said, "I love working with so many great people and I am proud to be part of a company that supports my personal and professional progression.” Good luck with your CIPD, Lisa. Our new store in Crystal Peaks, Sheffield is open! 🎉 Located in a former Wilko, the newly opened store offers a massive selection of groceries, furniture, health & beauty, alcohol, giftware, homeware and more! With over 20 years’ service between them, Lee and Jo, the Store and Deputy Store Manager, will lead our fabulous team of new Colleagues, as well as Colleagues from local stores.
