Last week, we launched the third cohort of our Jamaica apprenticeship program! 🤩 Partnering with the amazing team from the DoveNest Group, we brought together some incredible team members from across the country to embrace the unknown and embark on their apprenticeship journey! ✈️ We want to say a huge thank you to all of the team that started their apprenticeship journey last week! 🐢

We recently launched our AMAZING new Island Roots chef development programme! The programme involves training some of our talented Head Chefs on how to be a great trainer, and discussing our Turtle Bay standards, in order for them to become our new Regional Head Chefs 🤩 We couldn't be more proud of the work that the team and trainers have been putting in 💜
