🌟Mental Health Awareness Week 🌟 Support for Wellbeing and Mental Health of our teams is so important to us at Turtle Bay 💙 This years theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is anxiety and we wanted to raise awareness and understanding of anxiety by providing our teams with the tools and resources to help learn more about the topic. We wanted to support on how to deal with anxiety and increase the team's awareness and understanding of it by providing information on the things that can help prevent it from becoming a problem. To do this, each day of the week we have had different focus and resources available which included book recommendations, yoga and breathing classes, podcasts and interviews along with other links to useful resources and guides around Mental Health and anxiety to help support our team in their wellbeing.
