Sarah joined Veolia in November 2020 and started her new role remotely as HR Relationship Manager after a highly engaging set of interviews taking a virtual and socially distanced blend. As an HR Relationship Manager, Sarah works with leaders to optimise their workforce and unlock potential in order to realise strategic objectives. Her main focus areas include talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, employee engagement and performance.
Kris joined Veolia in January 2021 as our Inclusion Lead. Kris' role will focus on the delivery of our 2021-22 Inclusion Strategy. The strategy focuses on 5 key priority areas. Each priority will enable us to review our policies and practices to ensure we continue to build a culture that is more diverse and inclusive where colleagues have a strong sense of belonging.
