On New Years Eve, whilst the whole nation watched the celebrations and fireworks in London, our team of 150 frontline operatives were sweeping up the party leftovers to ensure we recycled as much as possible and got the streets looking spic and span for the new year. 🎆 Our Westminster team achieved an impressive 61% recycling rate for all special events in 2024! As we begin 2025 let's raise a toast to a future of sustainability, where our collective efforts in collaboration and innovation pave the way for a circular economy 🤝🌍

Last week we celebrated International Men's Day, a global event to celebrate the positive contribution men bring to the world, their families and communities. 👬 We recognise this day as an opportunity to have new conversations about the role men play in current societal issues and the power of positive role modelling, while also spotlighting challenges in men’s health and well being. We're able to make a positive difference to the well being of many male colleagues through free health checks that we conduct at our sites. So far we've carried out over 1,500 prostate screening assessments and the number keeps growing! We're so pleased that many colleagues have used this opportunity to check in with their health, and as a result three positive prostate results were caught early, allowing colleagues to get the medical treatment they required. 💚
