Interview
Interviews were extensive but not unpleasant. I three phone interviews starting with the recruiter and then moved forward with the hiring managers and directors of the department. After about a week, I was scheduled for an in person interview where I met 5 individuals from the team which included the directors I would be supporting.

Screening call, five ‘loop’ interviews & HM chat. Loop based on Amazon leadership principles & STAR interview format. You receive plenty of information on how to prepare for the interviews which are back to back and 1 hour each

Very intense. 2 phone screens and 4 45 minute interviews, known as the loop. The recruiter prepared me with much detail about what to expect. If you prepare, you’ll be fine.

Went through phone screening and never heard back even after reaching out to recruiter. It was unusual since they are usually quick on notifying you. I've went through a few interviews with them in the past.
