I applied through university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Amazon (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2017
Interview
2 rounds of interview consisting of behavioral questions. Each round constitutes of two back to back 30 min interviews by two different interviewers. The questions asked are strictly behavioral and situation based. Since the role is in operations most of the questions will be focused on man management and other operational issues. Each of those questions should be answered keeping Amazon's 14 leadership principles in mind as those questions are framed to test candidate's responsiveness to a particular principle of Amazon.
