Interview
Very good interview, to the point that i even enjoyed the discussion and we both ended up using a lot more time than was initially reserved. but overall the effort was wasted , as was told that i was not suitable soon after.
I believe i even answered everything above and beyond what was asked. And this was concurred in the mirroring feedback of the interviewer replying back to me of my answers. At the end, the interviewer informed that there was no actual position they are looking to fill and it was just a general interview. Which felt strange at the time. Soon after i was told via email that i was not suitable. So i am not sure what the point of the whole exercise was.

Applied, Recruiter Screen then nothing. Not sure when I'll get a call back. The process seems super complicated. Will apply again now that I know what they are looking for.
HR Screening was scheduled. Then 1 technical screening phone interview was scheduled, followed by two Behavioral interviews, followed by two System design interviews, followed by 1 bar raiser interview. Lastly there was an offer.

2. it's the 2nd phone sreen for the tech depth
