Focused on results of actions taken. Detail orientated, multiple interviews with varying interviewers. Nothing out of the ordinary. Amazon look to raise the bar with each new hire. Focused on STAR method for providing answers

Standard interview questions with a focus on the STAR method
Ghosted me after the interview, and they did not notify me I was no longer under consideration. I manually had to check the job portal to verify job application status after a virtual assessment and interview.
The interview process is very robust. You speak with many different people but they moved quickly. Some questions are out of the box and some are straightforward. Overall it was a good experience.

Proceso largo y tedioso, tanto preguntas teoricas como de resolución de problemas. 3 diferntes niveles, Primero un examen, despues videoentrevista y la ultima rueda de entrevistas. Menos la ultima ronda el resto realizadas por externos a la empresa.
