Interview
Phone screen with a current Ops Manager who asked a series of situational questions and asked which amazon leadership principles the last series of questions closely matched. A couple basic math questions were asked as well. STAR method responses to the questions are highly recommended. The call lasted almost 45 minutes. I received a fairly quick response (5d) to the phone screen but have yet to hear next steps if any since. Three months have passed.

What makes you feel like your qualifications match what we are looking for
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
