-Usually then follows up with an all day interview meeting with multiple people at once
-Mine was different as the group was transitioning so I met with 5 different people for a period of 30 minutes each back to back ending with my future manager

Short and relaxed screening interview with TA followed by a standard star based competency interview with 2 managers, along with assessing cultural fit for the company and knowledge surrounding it

Das Vorstellungsgespräch lief in zwei Stufen ab. Das erste Gespräch fand per Microsoft Teams statt mit der Teamleitung und einer Person von HR. Das zweite Vorstellungsgespräch war vor Ort und man durfte die zukünftigen Teamkollegen kennenlernen. Alles in allem eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung und schnelle Rückmeldungen.
