I submitted online. Recruiter got back to me in a couple of weeks. The interviewer had the salary range incorrect. I still went along with the process. The recruiter kept digging at my previous pay. I said I expect the highest salary in the range. Even though I was over qualified, she still offered a low ball offer. I was offended and declined.

it is a pannel interview with upper management and current sr process engineers, they ask question one at a time and each make follow up questions. questions are difficult and require experience and knowledge.
