An HR phone screen was scheduled through a bot, but they didn't ask any relevant questions about the job itself. It was more like "what are your salary expectations?" After that, they ghosted me and reposted the job. I logged back in and it says "no longer in consideration." I didn't even get so much as a rejection email or anything. I will never apply here again after that.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amgen
Interview
Pretty standard process. Received an email from a recruiter about 3 weeks after applying to schedule a screening call. Then met with the manager and two other team members. I had a pretty bad experience with the recruitment team. They took too long to respond at times and had difficult translating time zones across the board. Multiple coordinators reached out to make arrangements throughout the process which I thought was extremely inefficient. Lots of back and forth with so many involved.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very standard and direct questions about experience and how it tied to the job description. No STAR method like questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amgen (California City, CA) in Jun 2022
Interview
Easy/comfortable - It was a fairly straightforward interview. 3 rounds were done in total. They did not extend an offer but I enjoyed interviewing with them. Will try again in future
