short phone call with an engineer that works on the team, barely asked me any questions. It's a contract position so it seemed like they really only cared that you were aware of no PTO/benefits. Got invited to second interview but had to cancel due to family emergency.

it is a pannel interview with upper management and current sr process engineers, they ask question one at a time and each make follow up questions. questions are difficult and require experience and knowledge.
