Google Applied AI Engineer interview questions

A recruiter reached out for an Applied AI role. I had the prep call and was scheduled for the technical round. During that round, I found out I'd been put through for a different role entirely, without being asked or informed beforehand, and the questions were nothing like what I'd been told to prepare for. All of my prep turned out to be useless. I have never heard back that I did not make it to the next round despite 2 follow ups. I found this disrespectful of my time.
