This was a mock behavioral interview in which I received feedback immediately afterward. The interviewer was a long time data science team lead at Google. She told me that while my experiences were rich, I was lacking coherent responses. Thus, she advised that I practice additional behavioral-style questions, following the STAR method, and focus on answering questions in a way that clearly shows thought processes.

The senior engineers have differing opinions about how to implement a new feature compared to the junior engineers. What kind of system would you implement to fix this discrepancy, or what kind of actions would you take to remedy the situation.
There was a pre-recorded interview first and an online interview with multiple employees. It was around 45 minutes long, with an opportunity to ask them questions after. They were behavioral questions.
