Application
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Google (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Asked about my experience and we’re wondering why i chose to be a janitor . Also asked if I have any plans to do something else and that’s it . My English isn’t very good. Thanks and that’s all
Short and simple. Only got a phone interview from them, but seemed okay. Never heard back for an in person interview, but that's not unexpected in the current job market
The interview for the Janitor (Facilities Custodian) role at Google was professional, welcoming, and thorough. Although the position is primarily operational, Google maintains its high bar for every employee, emphasizing cultural fit, attention to detail, teamwork, and pride in work.
