I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at O2 (Ormskirk, England) in Jun 2024
Interview
Firstly I applied online and in a couple weeks I got an interview phone call with one of their managers, she asked me questions about my availability, expirence and what I know about o2. Then straight away she said I passed and was moving on to my second interview which was a Teams video call with one of the managers in store. He asked me strength - based questions and forced answer questions such as "what shop do you like to go to" " what do you do if you don't achieve your goal". Waiting if I have been successful with a job offer.

Question 1
Do you have a wide or close-knit range of friends?
What are your hobbies?
How would you deal with an older person who doesn't know much about technology?
What is your favourite device/app and why?
Interview was a 2 step process. First was a telephone interview asking the basic question like right to work and some competency based questions. I passed that and was onto the face to face interview. The interview was a normal interview asking strength based questions. I wasn't really fond with this interview as the interview seemed like he didn't want to be there. I got declined for this interview which I wasn't expecting as I have the experience and thought I did well in my interview. The thing that really annoyed me with the rejection email was that it was sent at half 3 in the morning which is really unprofessional and not a nice thing to see when you wake up.
