TOPdesk Business Development Manager interview questions

Smooth interview process. Just 3 rounds of interviews. The first 2 interviews were very good with the recruiter Luisa. She was very helpful and supportive during the whole process. The last interview was with the managing director and a member of the sales team, who has been with the company for many years. I needed to prepare a presentation about any product and they will ask questions and evaluate my presentation skills and product knowledge. The experience in the last interview wasn't great. They kept me waiting in the building lobby for more than 20 minutes until they let me in. I needed to reach out to them via email, not sure if they were in another meeting or they just forgot about the interview. The interview was scheduled for 50 minutes and I stayed with them for over 90 minutes. At the end of the interview, they told me that I'd get a response either an offer or feedback in just 48 hours, but 7 days passed until they finally reached out to me. The overall process was very good until the last interview which I found a little bit unprofessional.

Efficient and transparent. The first round was a phone screen with the HR recruiter. She was nice and spoke very positively about the company. The second round was a zoom interview with the branch manager; he was also a very nice guy. The third round was in the office with two team members and that went well too.
