It was perfect. Between the sending of the resume to the final interview, it was less than 10 days. All personnel of Wise (from HR to Team Management) were greatly prepared for the interview, and yet they had that personal touch to feel the interviewee feels less pressured and able to talk freely about experience and expectatives.
