Applied online and received an email a few days later from a recruiter asking me to answer two questions in an attached document within the next 5 days and advised me to please email him with any questions. I emailed back same day with my answers and received a reply that they liked my answers and wanted to schedule a face to face interview. The job description was unclear as to whether the position was a cell center position where you would have to be on the phone all day. I emailed back asking if the position was a call center role before scheduling an interview; 3 weeks later and I never received a reply. Very unprofessional experience and I'm guessing, like most call center, they made the job description purposely ambiguous to lure people in.
