A week after I was referred I was sent an online assessment to show some skills related to the position. A week after that, I was asked to select a date for an online interview and the only available dates were almost a month later. The interview itself went very well, I was interviewed by a leader of customer support and by an employee holding the same position I was applying to. They asked me questions for 45 minutes - about my previous work experiences, about what I'd do in some work situations and some weird unrelated questions also - then they allowed me to ask them questions for 15 minutes. In a couple of days after that they sent the final email.
