Recruiter suggested me to consider the Lead Analyst role, which looked to be a good fit to my skills and experience and included analysis, presentation and developing a processes. When I met a hiring manager, they said they are looking for a technical person for a hands-on work which were not interesting for me. It looked like I was on the wrong meeting. I wrote a recruiter about the situation, but they never back to me at all.
