It was an easy interview with amazing people, questions are normal kyc interview questions, and behavioural interview questions, The job have opportunities to work in an Hybrid environment with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, good office pecks and stock options
Initial application with letter and CV followed by an invitation to complete a case study (to be completed in one week). Second interview with KYC team, and then final interview with Compliance. Very responsive and prompt process.

Question 1
What are the criteria you would use to identify a high-risk transaction?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Wise (Tallinn) in Aug 2017
Interview
The whole interview process took about 3 weeks. The person assisting the hiring process was reliable and available, describing every step very clearly.
After sending my CV and a cover letter and having them reviewed, I received a two-fold assessment by email which I had to complete within 5 business days. After reviewing the assessment, I was invited to an interview with an EED team lead and a co-worker. The interview took an hour and was somewhat formal for a start-up environment. It was nonetheless fun and very informative.
The second interview was potentially the best interview in the history of interviews. The person who interviewed me was a different team leader and she showed she did her 'homework' of reading thoroughly both my CV and my cover letters beforehand, asking curious questions about both without taking a look at neither as a reference and showing genuine interest in getting to know me. At the end of the one-hour interview we had bonded so much we were exchanging links to tools related to the job in question and a hobby/interest we shared.
