initially call with recruitment team and passed onto the first stage interview. The interviewer joined and was disengaged from the interview, she was laughing and looking at her phone. Even if they had decided I was not a good fit for the role during the interview. The least they could do was respect the time I had committed to attending the interview. I would not want to work at the company
The interview process was really quick and good.
After applying, I have received an email from the recruiter for an interview.
The first round was with two interviewers.
The second round was a take home test
And the final round was with two members of the leadership team.
The whole process took less than 2 weeks.
