One of the worst interview experiences I’ve had. The job posting advertised $77k–$103k, but they admitted the “realistic” offer was $90k — leaving room for future growth. Classic bait-and-switch.
The hour-long interview with two hiring managers in London was a disorganized mess. One kept bragging about being with the company for six years and his affiliate marketing expertise. Their questions were scattered and pointless, and they sprang a surprise role-play exercise with zero context or warning.
The role demands high-level sales, building a department, constant travel, and event work — with no commission or bonus. Misleading, lowball offer for a high-pressure role.
Wise is disorganized, and disrespectful of candidates’ time. Be honest — or stop hiring
