Interview
This is definitely a fake hiring. I applied for the position for the second time. The first time, I went through all 4 stages, there were some comments, and in the end, they said they would "continue the search." This time, I applied 4 months ago, and the recruiter contacted me only a month later and gave me a slot for the first stage only 10 days later. I passed the first two technical stages without any comments, which lasted a whole month. HR said "this the exactly level we are looking for", said they would send a link to stage three, and then disappeared again. I scheduled an interview a couple of weeks later. and I'm sure I was successful. But HR disappeared again for 3 weeks and said I wasn't a good fit.... , and didn't even offer me a lower grade. In the end, the process lasted from February to May.
It seems they're running this sham hiring process and posting positions only for investors (that's my opinion). Even large companies have fewer openings than they do. they post them on LinkedIn every day, more than 100 people apply for these positions every time and they can't even fill the middle positions, very realistic, right?
I applied online. I interviewed at Wise (London, England) in Feb 2026
Interview
Applied through their site, and had a initial interview with the recruiter. Then the coding round, Was rejected after the coding round, with an unacceptable reason. I think they just wanted to anyway reject me, because before my interview the role was already closed at their site.
