Vista Aircraft Maintenance

Vista Aircraft Maintenance provides both line and base maintenance for the fleet. The team ensures aircraft safety, reliability, and availability through rigorous standards, proactive maintenance, and a global network of facilities.

Working across different specialties, VAM prepares aircraft for every flight with a focus on precision, quality, and compliance. By maintaining the highest standards in both safety and attention to detail, the team plays a critical role in ensuring consistent fleet performance and a seamless client experience.

• To attend college regularly, completing all college work on time and to the best of your ability, making submissions within designated deadlines (no holidays to be taken during college term time).
• To pass all required exams within the timeframe designated by the training provider.
• To attend the workplace during college holidays or if college is closed for any reason.
• To observe and shadow experienced Engineers and Mechanics to learn the skills, processes and techniques required in order to carry out the role.
• To participate in all training as required by VAMF.
• To behave responsibly at all times, complying with the Vista code of conduct and acting as an ambassador for Vista Aircraft Maintenance Farnborough.
• To act in a safe manner at all times giving consideration to local compliance and safety requirements.
• To undertake any reasonable activities as requested by Hangar management in line with the role.

• Passion for Aviation
• Good at undertaking practical tasks.
• Five GCSEs at Grade 5 or above including Maths, English and one Science/Technical subject.
• Good interpersonal/communication skills.
• PC literate, familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Able to demonstrate solid organisation and time management skills.
• Must be able to undertake physical elements of the role.
