We’re expanding and looking for up to two Associate Trainers to join us in supporting health and social care organisations to learn, grow, and succeed.
If you’re already working within health and social care and want to share your knowledge, grow your training experience, or earn additional income alongside your current role, this opportunity offers flexibility, variety, and meaningful impact.
You’ll be delivering training to external care providers across the private and public sector, delivering training in our training room in Yeovil, Somerset as well as travelling to client locations across the South West and, where required, nationwide.
The Role – Associate Trainer
As an Associate Trainer, you’ll support the delivery of a range of health and social care training, adapting your delivery style to suit different learners, environments, and organisations.
You’ll work independently, manage your own delivery and represent Northbrook professionally while contributing to the ongoing development of individuals, teams, and services.
This role is offered on a zero‑hours contract initially, providing flexibility, with opportunities to increase work as demand continues to grow.
