We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our small team. You’ll support our online customers before and after purchase and work closely with our warehouse and dispatch teams to keep orders running smoothly. This is not a call centre role — it’s a hands-on customer support and operations position.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by phone and email
• Provide after-sales support, including basic troubleshooting (full training provided)
• Process orders and update customers on stock, shipping status, and lead times
• Manage returns, damages, and delivery issues
• Liaise with the warehouse team to track orders and confirm stock
• Escalate product or stock issues to the wider team
• Assist with admin tasks such as invoicing, warranty checks, and product data updates
• Support sales-related duties during busy periods

What You’ll Need

• Strong phone and written communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Able to multitask and stay organised
• Comfortable using email & basic office software
• Hard-working, reliable, and able to follow processes

Nice to Have (Not Essential)

• Customer service experience (eCommerce or retail)
• Familiarity with catering equipment
• Experience using Shopify

Pay: £13.00 per hour
