We are seeking a skilled content developer to support a range of training programs and digital learning initiatives. This role will assist in instructional design to enhance e-learning content, analyze learning data, and work closely with key stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of digital learning. This position will also be responsible for managing and delivering new hire onboarding and department specific trainings to employees through the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for learners, instructors, and administrators.
This position works in the Talent Management and Learning COE and reports to the Senior LMS Team Lead who is based in Hyderabad, India.
