    Apply online, fill out a few questionnaires and attach your c.v. If successful, the next step is a 40-minute telephone interview with the standard interview questions. Once finished you'll be put on hold for a few minutes and then informed whether you've been successful or not. If you've been successful you'll then be invited for an assessment day.

    The assessment day was conducted professionally and was very laid back, I was interviewed by one of the team leaders. Interview was mainly competency based with questions mainly being evolved around the role and the core values of the company. Once the interview was completed you are then giving a prompt sheet in order to prepare you for the role-play exercise, you are given around 10 minutes to prepare. You'll be then taken into the main office area where you'll then have to deal with the call.
