I have been working at Direct Line Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Within DLG there is a real strong customer-centric culture, there is no real hierarchy and everyone does actually work together, one of the best things about working here is the honesty that you get at all levels, sometimes as a company they do get things wrong but your opinion is valued and definitely taken on board in those times.
The benefits you get are great, the can do team spirit also makes challenges a lot easier to overcome. I personally have had nothing but a great experience in my three years here and I started to progress after only a year.

    Cons

I would have to say the salary is the only thing,(still definitely good) but if you bench mark across the median for job roles its probably a bit lower but then I guess it balances itself out with the culture and benefits such as 50% off home and car insurance plus the pension contributions more than makes up for this.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing the same and listening to your staff
