We are delighted that you are enjoying many of the benefits Capco has to offer including a wide variety of learning and development opportunities, open access to the management team due to Capco's non-hierarchical structure and support networks including coaches, peer communities and interest groups.
It's difficult to respond fully to your comments without understanding your specific concerns, however, diversity is very important to us at Capco, and we look to provide opportunities for both men and women to advance their careers at Capco in the DC area as well as across the firm. Women have comprised around 50% of our Associate class over the past two years, and we continue to look for ways to promote the advancement of women at the firm. We sponsor several events that celebrate and highlight women, including International Women’s Day, Women’s Panels and the Women’s Bond Club.
