Capco is an ambitious firm. We have grown quickly and continue to do so, much faster than our competitors. We regularly compete successfully against the Big 4, for work and for talent. Many of our people / Partners are ex Big 4.
Our Partners are thought leaders and trusted advisors to our clients. They lead a successful, independent firm and all of them appreciate that competitive advantage comes from the commitment and development of our people. To suggest that they do not understand what they are selling (and yet oversell?) is unfair and at odds with our performance and feedback from client and staff. We just wouldn’t be successful in our markets without relationships, based on trust and a proven capacity to understand the issue and apply the right solution. We couldn’t retain the great people we have in the team without strong and authentic leaders.
Clearly, for some reason, you have not had a good experience with the firm. We urge all employees to use the feedback channels and support networks open to them, including managers, coaches and HR if they have a specific concern to raise. With growth comes opportunity and our success means we can offer a growing range of rewarding careers so everyone can fulfil their potential at Capco.
