Thanks for your review. Capco is known as a people centric organization. It’s great to read that you enjoy the many events Capco Toronto organises, while being able to maintain a healthy work life balance.
However, we are disappointed to read your feedback on our performance process. At Capco, we run twice yearly performance enablement cycles, with roundtable reviews in place to ensure that all employees receive fair and equitable representation during this process. In addition, you are encouraged to speak with coach, manager and internal network about options for projects and potential career paths. Many employees have built long and rewarding careers at the firm over the past 25 years.
Our union with Wipro has allowed us to grow and develop our market offerings and partnerships. However, Capco remains an independent company with our own brand, leadership team, policies, processes, and business strategy. Capco Canada continues to focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, and delivering creative, disruptive work within the financial services industry.
