Our leadership team is comprised of experienced subject matter experts who have a long tenure at Capco and have worked across a number of our different regions. All our leaders have deep industry experience and strong knowledge of Capco and the local market in which they operate.
We hold two promotion cycles per year and have a clear promotion process in place alongside clear promotion guidelines. Promotions take into account a number of different factors based on level, including feedback from multiple stakeholders to remove the opportunity for bias and to ensure a fair assessment. We have strict policies in place, including our Code of Conduct, to ensure that people have a clear understanding of expectations around behavior, practices, and conduct. We also have defined channels for reporting any concerns, including our independent reporting helpline, Speak Up. All employees complete mandatory training on our Code of Conduct, and we do not tolerate any behavior which does not align with the standards set out in this.
