Pros

If you are connected within the organization with executives who like you then you can stick around. The organization is full of talented folks from the industry and keeps the business thriving. They pay well.

Cons

No transparency. Their motto internally is fire fast and hire slow. No opportunity for development or any type of support from leadership to gauge success. You either fit their mold or you don't and if you don't then beware. The culture here is non-existent. They only care about the people that leadership feels is contributing to the bottom line. Leadership will smile in your face one second and then have no problem letting you go the next, with a severance package of only a couple of weeks. For a health tech startup their benefits offered are sub par at best. Leadership will create your performance reviews based on if you are receiving any type of bonus to ensure that they do not have to pay you. If you are remote be prepared to work 10-12 hour days often, if this isn't you, then run away and run away fast.

We’re glad to hear that the growth opportunities, culture, and leadership have stood out to you during your time here, those are areas we work hard to nurture and sustain. Pros

-Bar cart every Thursday -Teamwork environment with colleagues

Cons

-Unrealistic annual performance reviews. They have a scale of 1-5, 1 meaning that you should be fired, 5 is impossible to reach because the expectations are set so high that you can’t reach them. They do this on purpose so that they don’t have to pay you what you’re worth. I’ve had two so far and can’t manage to get a 4 and I go far beyond my job description yet I don’t get compensated fairly for it. And you can’t negotiate your merit increase because they submit the final numbers BEFORE telling you your pay raise so that they can’t go back in and change anything. -they encourage you to apply internally and when you do, you get turned down several times. If you’re not someone with an ethnic or foreign background or bilingual, your odds of being promoted are significantly less. This is highly discouraging for an employee who has tenure and has the exact same qualifications as the bilingual person that got promoted after being there only a year. It’s very degrading and unfair. -Work culture is not great. There are cliques and if you’re not buddy buddy with one of the sups, you also won’t get promoted or recognized. -It has turned very ghetto. Whoever is in charge of hiring really does not care who walks in that door because they don’t drug test so a lot of the new hires smell like weed. -Lack of organization. They are always changing the protocols for processes and a lot of the times you don’t hear about it until a coworker tells you about it and by then it’s too late because you may get counted against your audit or quality scores. I could go on….

Pros

Mon-Fri. Met nice co - workers

Cons

Run don't walk from this company. This is by far the worst experience I've had in the work field in 20 yrs. The pay is horrible compared to the workload. The trainers were admittedly all failures. In their prior customer care roles they told us they received 0 and failing score and had horrible attendance. In the training class was constantly told by trainers that the company believes in their employees and will get any additional help to make sure your successful. Fast forward I started seeing favoritism and clique action. I was pulled to the side by a current employee and was told to keep an eye out for close relationship between trainers and the new hires. The refer-a- friend ppl will diffently keep their jobs so that the current employees get the bonus. Told me it was a racquet. I watched ppl fail their course and was pulled to the side by trainers and now magically they have a great score. I noticed certain ppl missed anywhere from 3-5 days in the first 2 months and the same ppl constantly were tardy, but was at told prior hire no absences or tardies. The training is sub par at best. The only thing the trainers did constantly was stay on their phones. The training is 2 months which was ridiculous and delusional at the same time. Your dealing with customers life and death situations, medical health history, HIPPA laws and medical terminology with 2 months that's careless. I worked for a cable company in billing and was given 3 months training. So the cable company has more value for their customers and their cable. But this company doesn't have value for their customers and their lives. The employees dressed like they just rolled from up under the bed. Flip flops tight leggings and even pj's pants Other issue for parking I paid $15-20 daily. Internet was awful would constantly kick you off calls.. Wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy
