Pros

You make new friends that’s all.

Cons

-Management bully people they don’t like, they definitely have favourites. - Awful pay, should be way more for what you go through. - Management look down on younger workers. - Your whole job is forcing customers to sign up to things (no good wifi so it doesn’t even work) when they don’t want to. - Forcing customers to get email receipt receipts instead of paper when they definitely don’t want to. -You get hardly any training and if you need help you get into trouble for asking.

Pros

The staff discount instore and online.

Cons

Always understaffed. Management then expected staff to stay beyond their scheduled finish times to complete tasks, without additional pay. Pay was poor anyway. Management culture felt cliquey and unprofessional. Concerns about staff were not handled directly, and workplace gossip could become widespread. Employees also felt discouraged from taking legitimate sick leave due to scare-mongering from management. Concerns about management were raised on multiple occasions to HR, many employees felt there was little accountability or meaningful action taken. Overall, it was a challenging environment with low morale and limited support for staff.
