Last week, we announced the exciting news that we’ll be opening a new Imports Centre in Ellesmere Port. This state-of-the-art, 675,000-square-foot facility will streamline our inbound shipping container flow and optimise the capacity of our five existing Distribution Centres, helping our UK stores serve millions of customers right across the country. We’re laying firm foundations to deliver our goal of having no fewer than 1,200 B&M stores across the UK. Area Manager John Thompson and Regional Operations Manager Gary Barr dropped by our East Road Store in Irvine, Scotland to celebrate four fabulous colleagues - Elizabeth Auchie aka Lisa, Alyson Young, Sandra Allan and Derek Smith who’ve each reached their 10 year anniversary! They all joined us back in 2014 when we opened our first Irvine Store and made the move with us to East Road Store 793 in August 2023. That’s 40 years of combined hard work across both stores! They were also joined by Store Manager, Ally MacLauchlan, who’s been part of the B&M family for an incredible 24 years! Huge thank you to all, here’s to many more years to come! 👏
