🎉🏡📍 Great start to the new year as we’re pleased to announce the purchase of an 11 acre site in Gloucestershire for 95 new homes. 48 homes will be available for shared ownership, with the remaining 47 homes will be designated for affordable rent, making this another 100% affordable development. There will be a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes, which will all be built by our in-house construction team. We’ll be submitting detailed plans to Tewkesbury Borough Council shortly and aim to start work on site in early 2026. Land deal completed 🤝 We’ve acquired a site in Hopwood, Worcestershire for 34 brand new, social rent homes as we continue to expand our land-led development programme. The site already has full planning permission which means we’ll be able to get started work on these much-needed homes in the near future. We’ve completed another land deal 🎉—this time to buy a 2.5-acre site in Gloucester 🏡, with space for 30 new affordable homes. The site already has outline planning permission for the homes, and we’ll be submitting a reserved matters application in the next few months, so our in-house construction team can get started on site in early 2026. This will be a 100% affordable development, with all homes available for rent or shared ownership! A new app we've developed called Bromford Flood Insight is a prime example of how these teams are harnessing the power of data to make smarter, more informed decisions in property management and investment planning. By integrating live data from the Environment Agency, the app provides real insights needed to assess flood risks and make proactive decisions — helping us stay ahead of environmental challenges and build more resilient communities.
