As part of the Bromford team, you could be involved in creating a future free from violence. We’ve made significant strides in supporting survivors of domestic abuse, including: - Increased referrals: we’ve referred numerous customers to specialist contractors for security measures - Enhanced support services: our dedicated teams are available to provide guidance and support - Awareness campaigns: we’re educating our staff and customers about the signs of domestic abuse and how to get help 💡 Together, here’s what we can do as a business and as individuals: Educate ourselves: Learn the signs of domestic abuse and how to support survivors. Challenge harmful norms: Speak up against sexist jokes, stereotypes, and behaviours. Support survivors: Offer empathy, believe survivors, and connect them to resources. Advocate for change: Demand stronger laws, better services, and increased funding. At Bromford, we’re not just a workplace—we’re a community. 💼❤️

🌟 Transforming lives with adapted housing 🌟 Creating homes where everyone can thrive is at the heart of what we do. Recently, we provided a new wheelchair-adapted home to Latoya Burke and her daughter JoJo, a young girl with unique mobility needs. Delivered in partnership with Swindon Borough Council, the new home has truly been life-changing, allowing JoJo to enjoy greater independence and comfort. Work is underway on our latest development in Gloucestershire. 🏗️ 🏡 We're building 55 affordable, energy-efficient homes in Stroud in partnership with Vistry Group. Exciting news! 🎉🥳 Following agreement by both boards, Bromford and Flagship Group have today announced their intention to merge. Coming together we will build on the strength and complementary capabilities of both organisations to create a new organisation, Bromford Flagship Additional financial capacity – Ability to deliver 2,000 homes each year for the next 30 years, with an aim of providing 50% of these homes at social rent. Maintaining our commitment to locally focused teams - Devolving more decision making to local teams to ensure that customer services are delivered in line with customer wishes. A new Place Standard – looking beyond the fabric of each home to consider what is required to turn a ‘street’ into a ‘place’ where people want to live, and where customers and communities can thrive.
