Colleagues at our factory in north west London work incredibly hard, so we thought they deserved a very special Christmas card. That's why we printed our biggest ever, just for them - and with all of their names inside! It was all designed & printed in-house using our Impala press and - at almost 2.5m high - it certainly makes an impact!
As you can see from these snaps, Christmas is in full swing across the Photobox Group! Our talented teams are feeling festive here at Photobox as well as at our extended family of Moonpig, Hofmann and PosterXXL. Keeping our customers happy with a smile on their faces. We couldn't ask for more and we're so thankful for their hard work this year. 🎅🏼
Our forthcoming move to stunning Herbal House has made the news! Property Week have a quote from Robin Carr, co-chief investment officer at Ærium (the property owner), who said: “PhotoBox Group is exactly the kind of high-quality creative business that we hoped to attract to this state-of-the-art office development." We couldn't agree more, and can't wait to move in next spring... check out our latest vacancies if you'd like to join our team.
Exciting times are coming for Photobox. Next spring we're waving goodbye to our office in Southwark and making the move into one of London’s most iconic industrial buildings, the newly completed Herbal House. Not only does the building date back to the 1920s (it was originally the Daily Mirror's printing works and the London School of Printing & Arts), it's also mere moments away from the garage where the Photobox Group business was founded. “We are delighted to return to our roots north of the river, in an area which is synonymous with creativity and digital innovation. Herbal House is steeped in printing history, and we look forward to maintaining its legacy and writing our next chapter as Europe’s leading group of personalisation businesses,” said Jody Ford, Chief Executive of Photobox Group.
This year's BBC Children in Need has already raised over £50million and we were thrilled to play our part by producing and selling our 'This is Britain' photo book. We had an overwhelming response from the great British public who submitted tens of thousands of their photos for renowned photographer Rankin to choose from. We're excited to say the finished product is now on sale via our website! Click to find out more and pick up your own copy.
We're extremely proud to be supporting 'This is Britain', a nationwide crowd-sourced photography project fronted by Rankin that aims to shoot, edit, design, print and publish the must-have 2017 Christmas book in just twelve days – all in aid of BBC Children in Need. It'll be for sale via Photobox. Fancy getting involved? We're looking on the Great British public to take a snapshot of British society as it is today between 20th-22nd Nov 2017. Rankin, one of our most iconic photographers, will select the most engaging pictures. Click to find out more and register.
We help our customers make their moments real, and a huge part of doing that is by ensuring we give top-notch customer service. That's why we're over the moon to say our Customer Service team have been awarded 3rd place for our live chat service at this year's Top 50 Call Centre for Customer Service Awards! Mystery shoppers gave our service a run for its money with all sorts of tricky queries and our team - some of whom are pictured below at the ceremony last week - absolutely smashed it, beating off all sorts of competition to land near the top of the pile. Everyone here at Photobox is incredibly proud of their win.
We're all ears when it comes to our talented team members. That's why our CEO Jody (third from left) holds regular, informal breakfast get togethers with members of the Photobox crew. It's a chance for the group to have valuable face to face time with our big boss over some tasty grub and a coffee or two. As well as our team having a chance to ask their burning questions, the breakfast is great for Jody, too. He gets to hear all sorts of brilliant ideas, suggestions and insight from around the business that can help make Photobox an awesome place to work.
